5. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the United States.
  • We do not ship internationally, to P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Viacere is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after carrier delivery.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
