1. Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
  • Include original packaging, tags, and all accessories.
  • Not fall into the non-returnable items category, such as:
    • Perishable goods
    • Digital downloads or gift cards
    • Custom or personalized products
    • Clearance or final-sale items

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

We replace defective or damaged items at no additional cost. If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
