- Calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and chosen delivery method.

- Tracking updates depend on carrier scanning and reporting.
5. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship within the United States.
- We do not ship internationally, to P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Viacere is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after carrier delivery.
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
